Exchange / Refund Policy

Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges

Exchange Policy:

  • No exchange or refund policy applies to sale items.
  • Products bought from Yumna Clothing's online store can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. The products must be in their original, unused condition, with an attached price label and accompanied by the invoice.
  • Please be aware that the product color may vary due to differences in laptop screen settings and photographic lighting. The product description on our website will specify all fabric pieces or patches included in the product.
  • There is no additional charge for exchanging the same article, but availability is subject to stock.
  • If you choose to exchange for a different article, any additional cost associated with the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Custom orders are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Exchange Procedure:

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team via email at info@yumnaclothing.com or call us at +92 3213700087, providing your order number.
  • Customers will be responsible for shipping the items back to the address provided by our team.
  • In the case of a faulty/incorrect item delivered to you, we will reimburse the return shipping cost in the form of an online credit voucher.
  • For the exchange of a non-faulty item, the customer will cover the return shipping cost, as well as any exchange charges determined by our team.
  • We will issue a credit voucher or arrange for the desired exchange item once we receive your returned items.

Refunds:

  • Yumna Clothing has a 'No Refund' policy. However, refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as when a product is out of stock or appears to be faulty.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original instrument (credit/debit) card used for the initial purchase, including the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes.
  • Shipping and handling costs, if any, are non-refundable.
  • Please allow up to two weeks for return processing, and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Order Cancellation:

  • You may cancel an order before it is confirmed or processed. Once the order is shipped, our 'Exchange Policy' applies.
  • Yumna Clothing reserves the right to cancel or amend an order for various reasons, including item unavailability or declined payment.
