Our standard delivery time for local orders typically ranges from 2 to 3 business days. If you've placed a custom stitching order, kindly allow 10 to 12 business days for processing and delivery.

International Orders:

For international orders over $1000, we provide free shipping. Shipping rates for international orders are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment. When you place an international order, we carefully review it to ensure accuracy.

International orders will be processed efficiently. Please be aware that custom stitching orders for international customers may require 10 to 12 business days for processing and delivery. Any customs duties imposed by the buyer's country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Process:

To ensure a smooth transaction, we kindly request that customers provide cash to the delivery rider upon receiving their goods. Deliveries can only be made to the individual whose name matches the one printed on the invoice. In the event of order cancellation upon delivery, the receiver will be responsible for bearing the delivery charges.
